Meet Chris R.

Born in Knoxville and raised in Mascot, Tennessee, Chris brings a heart for people and a passion for serving others to his role as Enhancements Foreman. Some of his earliest lessons came from working alongside his family, where he developed an appreciation for hard work and paying attention to the little things.

For Chris, Seeds of Change is more than a workplace—it's a place where he gets to encourage and walk alongside others as they rebuild their lives. Helping teammates overcome addiction and incarceration is a calling he embraces with gratitude.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimberly, their family, and close friends. He also stays active at the gym and loves serving others through his church.
