Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Rob is a true hometown loyalist who proudly bleeds Black and Gold for his beloved Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins — no matter where life has taken him! Over the years, he’s lived in Central Florida, Green Bay, North Carolina, Upstate New York, and even midtown Manhattan, but that Pittsburgh pride has never wavered.

When Rob worked part-time with Raise the Tree back in the fall, he knew right away that Seeds of Change was something special. For him, it’s so much more than a landscaping company — it’s a place where purpose meets people. In Rob’s words: “While Seeds of Change exists to be a profitable business, I see it as a vehicle to provide what the community is lacking — a stable environment that gives challenged employees an opportunity to prove themselves with a great support structure behind them.”

Rob feels grateful to be part of Ian’s vision and to have a hand in building a company where second chances, growth, and care for people are at the center of everything.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys golf, skiing, flying, staying up to date with tech, and traveling whenever he can.
