Jessica’s journey has taken her all over the U.S.—from Arkansas to Oregon, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York City, and Colorado. Now, she’s thrilled to finally put down roots in beautiful East Tennessee.

Before joining Seeds in 2025, she ran her own floral business in Denver, where she built a close-knit team and brought creative ideas to life. Her earlier career in the nonprofit world revealed a deep passion for purpose-driven work.

After relocating to Tennessee, she closed her business and began searching for a new mission to pour her heart into. When she found Seeds, she knew she was home.

Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time with her family and being outdoors—hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and a good pool day. She’s also an adventurous foodie and travel lover who happily enjoys her husband’s restaurant-worthy cooking at home. Chilaquiles, Beef Wellington, homemade pasta? Yes, please!
