A Buckingham, IL native, Drew grew up working on farms and has spent his life immersed in farm work, construction, and landscaping. His hands-on expertise and strong work ethic are rooted in years of practical experience across these fields.

Drew has been part of Seeds of Change on and off for eight years, always finding his way back to the organization. He credits this to the mission of “people helping people,” which deeply resonates with him. He brings a passion and dedication to the team that translates into genuine care and commitment toward the work of transforming landscapes and transforming lives.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys riding his Harley and spending time with his family. Whether on the open road or surrounded by loved ones, he finds joy in simple, meaningful moments.
